of the amounts due, when payment is due and, if payment is late, late payment interest and costs
accruing on a daily basis.
Your customers pay directly into your bank account and the

Recovery services
If payment is not received legal action may be required and following registration
as a client the unpaid invoices of Pagato users are referred for debt recovery legal
services to Brethertons LLP solicitors, winner of Credit Today’s Litigation Team of the Year 2010
